Kathy James draws upon diverse disciplines, including the Feldenkrais Method, Biology, Ontology of Language, Aikido and various other movement arts, such as dance, pilates and yoga offering a unique perspective about how to bring about meaningful change.
I began going to Kathy for individual treatments after sustaining an injury in a serious accident. Kathy’s work was a godsend! In addition to healing, I finally got relief from the chronic pain! Getting that relief restored hope, adding a critical emotional element.
